We are excited to announce that Intertech was recognized by the leading plastics industry publication Plastics News for its commitment to employees and the community with the Excellence Award for Industry and Public Service. The award is a tribute to the organization’s foundation, which was built on the premise of giving back the to the community as well as our team’s continued dedication to education and training our future workforce.
“I didn’t start the company to get rich. It was built to make a life,” said Noel Ginsburg. “I am a firm believer that business has a role in education and that there is a way to balance running a successful business while supporting the community.”
Over the years, Intertech has supported a number of community and educational initiatives. However, most notably would be our leadership in the innovative apprenticeship program – CareerWise. Not only has this program increased young people’s interest in a career in manufacturing, but it has also provided our organization innovative and motivated team members that are having an immediate impact on our business.
Each employee plays an important part in our success and delivering our “Part Perfect” commitment to our customers.
