Apprenticeship Program
Our apprenticeship program gives us a competitive advantage. Fresh ideas, unique perspectives, zest for learning and enthusiasm to solve problems are just a few benefits we get from our apprentices. We are looking for students who are interested in joining a dynamic work environment and have a thirst for learning new skills. We will work with students to identify an opportunity within our team and take a hands-on approach to integrating you into our workforce.

Careerwise
Modeled after a similar program in Switzerland, CareerWise Colorado is a modern apprenticeship program that provides students with multiple pathways to success. The program links business, education and students together to help high school students gain experience and better understand available jobs. The program is helping students find careers while helping businesses build a skilled and experienced workforce.
Intertech served as an incubator for the non-profit organization and housed it until it gained momentum within the state. Today, CareerWise Colorado offers apprenticeships in five career pathways for six school districts with a goal of 20,000 by 2021. Over the lifetime of the organization, Intertech has had numerous apprentices who work at the company.
